Yesterday I was sitting with one of our clients and we were going through the business management application that we developed for them. After 2-3 sessions like that the relationship become less formal and more friendly (this is true with all our clients!)

so we were talking about small business and what is the right way to move forward the business. He has a small business with 3 employees and he ticks all the boxes regarding marketing: Google ad-words, telemarketing, direct mail, conferences, you name it.

And then he said: “You know what, thank to the system to you developed for me, I have much more time to focus on marketing and bring more clients, which is great. I think any small business should have this system”.
